Mary, 11 years old, is a bright, lively girl who is spending her summer holidays at her great-aunt's house. Bored and with nothing to do, she waits anxiously for school to start. One day, following the path of two kittens, she is guided to a wood where she finds an old broom and a flower that only blooms every seven years. By touching them, a strange spell is activated and the girl is taken on a wonderful adventure. During this magical night, she acquires extraordinary powers that will allow her to discover a world never seen before. Produced by the animation studio Studio Ponoc, a signature animated film by Japanese Hiromasa Yonebayashi (Oscar-nominated for "Memoirs of Marnie") that is inspired by the work "The Little Broomstick", by British writer Mary Stewart.
